Executive profiles – The owner, Toby Heaney, has 22 years of military service which has been instrumental in teaching him the differences between a constructive audit and a destructive audit. He has a Bachelors in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, from Fairmont State University, which helps keep him oriented towards our clients bottom line. He is certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. This has given him a great insight into the pros and cons of "just in time" inventory as well as many other business insights. He is currently studying to get his Masters in Business Administration (MBA), through the University of Charleston, which he will complete in December of 2019. He is also studying for his Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) certification. This has provided a vast knowledge of compliance issues at the federal level.
